If hired, training for this position is 5 weeks in duration, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm CT. You will not be able to take any time off during that period. Can you adhere to this schedule beginning April 1st, 2019?
The contact center shifts available range between 7:00am and 10:00pm, Monday through Friday. The shift you receive through the shift bid at the end of training will be your set schedule until the next bi-annual shift bid. Are you flexible to work any shift during these hours/days?
The compensation for this position ranges from $15.66-21.06 per hour This is based on verified education and experience levels. Does this meet your expectations?
